- Venue: Box Hill Town Hall

Other Points
Needless to say, voluntary work is all about doing your best to help with a good cause with no expectations of getting money or gifts in return. A voluntary work can, generally speaking, cost you a few dollars out of your own pocket.
If you must have monetary or material rewards in return for your work, voluntary work is definitely not for you.
The biggest reward would be the wonderful experience of working with your team mates and doing your best to help run a successful big event no matter what your allocated job might be.
Many past volunteers remember and enthusiastically talk about their great experience of working together and the friendship they have gained (and often maintained ever since). They are keen to repeat as volunteers when they can.
- Little peeks at the Festival: At your Team Leader's discretion you will be allowed to go and see some parts of the Festival during your short breaks.
- A bento lunch and up to two bottles of water/soft drink on Sunday 19th May.
- A Volunteer's Certificate is issued to each participant; and
- Big-Thank-You Party on Saturday 1st June. All the volunteers will receive an invitation.
