JF2026 Sponsorship Opportunities

We are pleased to announce Japan Festival will be held on Sunday, 24th May 2026, and the preparation is already underway.
The Japan Festival started in 2000 and is held in May every year (the 24th time). It is co-organised by the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry Melbourne, the Japanese Society of Melbourne, and the Japan Club of Victoria. It is a place of exchange between Japan and Australia; it is not only for the Japanese community but also includes many local people.
It is a festival that attracts attention and is indispensable when talking about Japan-Australia exchanges. We hope that many people will visit us again this year.

It is a not-to-be-missed advertising opportunity for companies associated with Japan.
You can enjoy being a part of the festival atmosphere while improving your company’s image within the local community.

• Program: Copies will be distributed to the visitors at the festival.

• Flyer: Copies will be distributed to the public around Melbourne from April 2026.

• Poster: Copies will be displayed at the festival and on the JF website.

• Promotion: Letters to LOTE Japanese teachers, announcements in local papers, community papers, Japanese papers & magazines, Japanese Teachers' Association’s Newsletters, Direct Mail to Primary School / Secondary College / Universities, Japanese program of SBS Radio & 3ZZZ, Japan Festival’s website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

JF2026 Request for Raffle and All Contest Prizes

The Japan Festival Organising Committee is currently looking for prizes for the Festival Raffle, whose tickets will be sold at many Japanese-related places beforehand and also at the Festival site on the day, as well as prizes for the Kimono, Cosplay and "ETEGAMI/Japanese Postcard Art" Contest.
If you could donate a prize/s, it would make a good opportunity for promotion, as the prize items together with the name of your company/restaurant/shop will appear on the Japan Festival Website.
The donated prizes will be suitably allocated to the raffle and the contests at the discretion of the Committee.
