このフォームからお申し込み後、タックス・インボイス＆申し込み内容が記載されたEmailが届きますので、1週間以内に年会費 $30（または文化サロン会員費 $40）をお支払いください。

  • JCV会員（JCV member）：文化サロンにも参加でき、優遇されるイベントなどの情報メールが配信されます。
  • 文化サロン会員：JCV文化サロンのみに参加できます。（すべての教室に参加可）


御家族情報の入力欄が足りない場合は、Notesに記入願います。

You will receive a confirmation e-mail including the tax invoice and your application details after submitting. Please pay the annual membership fee($30) or the cultural salon fee($40) within 1 week of receiving the e-mail.

If there are more than six in your family, please specify the details in Notes field.

 

※この年会費は7月1日より、翌年6月30日までとなります。
※Payment for the current financial year is valid until 30th June.
